When will my order be deliverd?
- Average delivery time is 1-3 business days (excluding possible delays by the courier)
- If you place your order before 3:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day.
When will I receive a tracking code?
- You will receive the tracking code as soon as your order has been processed. For the status of your order, go to your "account".
- You will receive a message from us with the order details to track your package.
I haven't received my package what's next?
- Click on "Barcode or non home delivery. You'll be able to see where your package is. If it says "delivered" but it's not at your location, it could mean the courier left it with a neighbor, or forgot to leave a notice in your mailbox.
- If you can't locate your package, don't worry, call or mail us, we'll work with you to find a solution.

My package is damaged, what should i do?
- This is of course very unfortunate. But now worries, we're here to help. Take a photo of the damaged package and contents, and fill in te form below. Once we receive your message and photo's, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable solutions.
Can I return my order?
- Yes, you can! Unused and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days to:

When will I receive my refund after returning?
- We will refund your credit as soon as the returned package has been processed. We generally refund the purchase amount within 5 days to your bank account used to place the order.
